• New USPS Shipping Rate in effect 7/9/2023

July 9, 2023: USPS shipping increase has affected US, Canada, and International rates. We have done our best to charge only the USPS shipping rate by weight and have consumed all additional shipping fees and handling costs.

USPS has discontinued First Class shipping service. It has been replaced with Ground Advantage. The standard shipping time for this service is 5 business days.

USA:

We ship by weight and mail all of our orders through the United States Postal System with Delivery Confirmation. (This includes Hawaii, Alaska & APO/FPO)

FREE SHIPPING: This applies to US orders only (includes all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses). For orders over $80 before shipping & sales tax (sales tax applies to California residents). This offer is for online orders only.

PLEASE NOTE: The FREE SHIPPING option should automatically show up and be selected when the cart total has reached $85. It will be the last shipping option at the bottom of the list. If you are placing your order on a smartphone, you will have to scroll to the bottom to see it.

Different Shipping Address: No problem! ... even if your order is shipping to an International address. Orders can only ship to one address.

INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES + CANADA: (UK see below)

We are happy to offer our Canadian neighbors Two different shipping options to choose from:

1) 1st Class USPS International - Duties & Tax NOT Included (These fees will need to be paid by the customer after their package has cleared Canadian Customs).

2) 1st Class USPS International with a Flat Rate of $7.95 for all Duties & Taxes prepaid (With prepaid Canadian Duties and Taxes, your First-Class International package is delivered directly to your door without delay or any fees due upon delivery).

We recommend double-checking with a Duties & Tax Calculator (see below) to make sure you are selecting the best shipping option for your order.

(UK - Update 5/6/2023 to date):

All UK orders ship USPS First Class - Global Shipping Postal with Insurance & Tracking.

Any necessary HMRC VAT and Import Taxes will NOT be collected by us up front. This could slow delivery through customs and depending on the amount of the order, could result in a VAT on delivery. (It appears things have changed since the beginning of Brexit).

At this time, We can not be responsible (and can not send replacement orders) for any International Orders that are lost in shipping. No refunds will be issued on lost International orders.

Please include a phone number on ALL International Orders. If a phone number is not included, it could delay the shipping of your order.

PLEASE NOTE:

If your order shows the shipping option, US First Class by mistake, please overlook it and select one of the shipping choices for European Union Countries. Otherwise, this could delay the shipment of your order and we will have to contact you to acquire the proper shipping fees.

International Orders with PO Box Address:

If you are using a PO Box address, we can not ship your order without a phone number. Your phone number is for customs purposes only and aids in the process of clearing customs quicker and getting your order to you sooner.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR COUNTRY'S policies for CUSTOMS DUTY, BEFORE placing any INTERNATIONAL orders. We don't want you to be upset with any surprise fees from your country's customs department.
