I got this set today (Saturday) after placing an order on Wednesday, so that should tell you how fast the shipping is! I've already created several cards with the stamps, and I was so blown away by the realism of the image I half-expected the bass to jump off the page, flop over to the kitchen, and leap into a frying pan. : ) My next project will be several scrapbook pages of hubby's best bass catches. Thanks for including the color recipe with the set, so I didn't have to waste a lot of time experimenting. (This works best if you already own all the Tsukineko Memento ink colors, obviously!) The quality of the stamps is amazing...they ink up perfectly without conditioning and they align beautifully. I can't wait to make inroads on the rest of my massive wish list!
Used the Fishing 4 Bass and the Isle of Big Bay lake stamps. I also put the bass on a spring so when card is opened it it looks like it’s jumping out of the water. I used my Misti which helped with aligning the stamps properly. They were much easier to use than I thought as these were my first time using layered stamps and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
